Duygu Pension

This is a perfect place to base yourself in Fethiye, with a wonderful view over the bay and nice, clean, affordable rooms. The owner, Birol, was extremely helpful in organising our day trips out and the breakfasts provided were fantastic.

We had a double room with a view of the water and windows that opened up onto a balcony which we would go around and sit, have some drinks and watch the sunset. Air con worked good enough, although as soon as it turns off the heat leaks in again very quickly, although it was in the middle of summer. The location is away from Centre Fethiye, about a 20 min walk to the old town. The hotel has stairs leading to the main road (1 min down), and the buses come every 5-10 min going into fethiye or the opposite direction to a selection of beaches in the national park. The breakfast was great, prepared by Birol and his wife, who were just such lovely people. The pool area was great to cool off during the day too.

I spent 3 nights at a single room which was clean with a comfy bed and a good A/C. I liked the location as there was a bus stop few steps from hotel, so city center is less than 10 min from hotel for about 4 lira. So I went all over the city by dolmuş (public transportaion). The view of the old marina is so beautiful, I enjoyed it during my breakfast at the hotel roof restaurant. Breakfast was good enough to start my day touring the city. The family running the hotel is very nice and did their best to help me enjoy my vacation in Fethiye. Many thanks to all of you & best of luck.
