Sertil Deluxe Hotel & Spa

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this hotel. Upon arrival, we got a room on the -1st floor. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a very strong smell of moisture and mold (nem/rutubet). The smell was so strong that it was not pleasant for us and, in our opinion, not healthy to stay there. We mentioned this directly at the reception and asked for another room. Unfortunately, we were told that there was no other room available. Subsequently, we were promised that a device would be placed in the room to reduce the odor. When we came back in the evening, the device was still not there. We had to call the reception ourselves, after which the device was finally brought. Unfortunately, this didn't help and the strong smell remained. The room also had no window, the furniture was clearly outdated, and the general condition of the room was very disappointing to us. Eventually, we felt forced to look for another hotel late in the evening. After a long day, you just want to go back to your hotel and rest, not have to look for another accommodation in the evening due to the circumstances. We then indicated that we wanted our money back because we could not use the room. We were told that this would be arranged via the system the next day and that we had to call for that. The next day we tried to contact them several times, but no one answered. To date, we have still not received our money back. All of this was very disappointing for us, especially because we expected a certain standard from a hotel of the Ramada brand. A room with such a strong damp/musty smell, without a window, and then not even a proper follow-up to our complaint and refund, we find absolutely unacceptable. We would have liked to spend our vacation differently than having to look for another hotel in the evening because of the condition of the booked room. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Amazing hotel amazing views love this place

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Fethiye Ölüdeniz for 5 days and were really very pleased. The hotel's service quality, food, cleanliness, and overall attentiveness far exceeded our expectations. The waiters, in particular, were very friendly, respectful, and attentive; they were helpful in every way. We would also like to thank waitress Senem Hanım. Thanks to their attention, help, effort, and friendly service, we felt very special. The food was fantastic, and the service was impeccable. A very nice hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend.
