Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed, tight dark curtains - nice shade from the sun in the morning. The first line, the hotel above the dance bar, the entrance to the hotel through the bar - in the morning the dirty room is cleaned, in the evening the room is noisy like a nightclub (and until about midnight). The hotel description shows breakfast from 7am, but in fact it may not be there - I couldn't have breakfast at 8.30am, it wasn't ready yet. I don't recommend it for one night.

I'm someone who has zero expectations from hotels, and I've stayed in many places, but this was the worst I've ever stayed in. If I hadn't paid, I would never have stayed longer. It's cheap compared to other places, but incredibly bad. After all, you're not staying for free. The rooms are very old and dirty, it's upsetting to see them. There aren't any Turkish employees anyway, and I never bother with things like that, but they're seriously getting annoying. Their speech and behavior are very bad. They all look at us as if they hate us, and they don't even have a command of everyday language. They're swearing in front of me, it's very upsetting. I wouldn't want to witness this. There's practically no reception, it's like a school canteen in elementary school where you knock on the window and wait for a student on duty to come and help you, but even that's not there :( It's right by the sea, it could actually be improved, but that's a matter of preference, of course. And places like this do nothing but hinder Türkiye's tourism culture. I had to come urgently, and I wouldn't even pass by the place, let alone choose it; it's so bad that even someone with zero expectations like me is writing about it, so you can imagine. I've been waiting for breakfast for half an hour while writing this; it's unknown if it will arrive. I didn't even feel the need to comment after seeing it.

It’s a shame that in a country like Turkey, we encountered this type of people. Dates stayed: 8-11 july Planned stay: 7 nights, departed early due to unacceptable conditions and behavior. 1. Racist and disrespectful owner & staff • The owner explicitly told us that as Black people we were not allowed in the lobby or club area insisting it was “only for English people.” Experiencing that kind of blatant racism in 2025 is inexcusable. • Staff stared at us disdainfully, treated us rudely, and pressured us to leave constantly. 2. Poor service and safety issues • Service was non-existent: no reception phone, no 24‑hour desk, and no room service despite what Booking.com stated. • Rooms felt unsafe—strangers entered unannounced with keys, violating our privacy. • The advertised pool doesn’t exist; the only access was through a club entrance—unsafe and misleading. 3. Terrible food & breakfast • Breakfast was awful—see your attached photos. Other reviews also mention a “lift and surrounding area filthy” and poor amenities . • Dining stood up to the low standards we experienced across the board. 4. Facilities & cleanliness • Outdated rooms, broken locks—Guardian reviews confirm similar complaints about safety . • No pool or proper beach access—a common complaint among other travelers. 5. Refund refusal and forced departure • Despite leaving after just 3 nights due to feeling unsafe and disrespected, the management refused any refund. • The manager was hostile and aggressive, showing no empathy or accountability. Staff were young and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Racist management, disrespectful staff, nonexistent facilities, unsafe rooms, and terrible food.
