Asli Hotel

We were absolutely dissatisfied with our hotel experience. The ambience looks good at first sight, but it was a disappointment. The rooms were uncomfortable, the beds were small and the space was very large (15–16 m2). The balconies saw each other completely, privacy was zero. The cleaning was surface and there were hair cracks in the bathroom and balcony. They had no back, piles were standing out. The wardrobe was made from amateur iron, giving a very bad view. TV sound didn’t go above 35 and that was even annoying. When parking, someone we thought was the hotel restaurant’s owner greeted with an aggressive and negative attitude. Misafire smiled and watched us instead of helping. The first impression was extremely disturbing. Our biggest disappointment was in the billing process. I checked out and called the property the next day and requested a bill. I was answered, “You came from Booking, you will receive the invoice from Booking.” I waited 3-4 days because I thought the invoice would be sent by booking or email. However, I booked as an establishment with my tax id, and the individual invoice was processed. When I discussed it again, the response I received was absolutely non-institutional. It was spoken in a language that blames and blames the client like a joke. This approach is far from professional. All in all, it’s a hotel that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, leans over trouble solving, and doesn’t have to communicate. Absolutely not a Recommendation.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Marmaris, Mehmet and Apo are just the perfect hosts in the restaurant where we had absolutely beautiful food, fresh every day we never had a bad meal here and we ate here neary every night. The hotel manager, Mehmet, Apo and the young boys made us feel very special and so welcome, They make the absolutely best strawberry daiquiri in Marmaris 😉 the atmosphere was just so relaxing and welcoming. Our own hotel kicked us out at check out time and we were not flying until 12 midnight but the Asli Hotel kindly give us a room for the day which was lovely and bright and spotlessly clean everywhere, where we could use the pool, snooze and have a shower before our flight home I really felt we made true friends with the staff at the Asli Hotel and I really can't thank Mehmet enough he is a diamond and such a nice man, thank you for everything, sweetheart. If I every return to Marmaris this is definitely the hotel I would go too if I could give Mehmet, the Asli Hotel and their staff ten stars I would. Amazing, thankyou everyone you made us feel so so special xx

We only visited the restaurant Ash cafe bar. We didn't stay in the hotel. The food and staff were absolutely lovely It has a nice calm relaxed atmosphere with low music and a nice sea breeze. The nicest food and treatment we have received all of our holiday in Marmaris. I would highly recommend this place for fine dining at a very competitive price. Lovely food.
