Just returned from 11 days at this hotel. We arrived at 3am in the morning and check in went so smoothly. We were offered food and drink which he declined but still a lovely thought. Our room was lovely. We were over the Emre hotel side. Well decorated. Massive shower and separate toilet which is handy . The room was well presented and spotless. We had a lovely balcony with a drying rack on it. There was a hair dryer. Safe. Kettle with tea and coffee and a fridge full of water. After a couple of nights my husband’s back started hurting as the bed was a bit hard. We spoke to reception and they came straight up and added a mattress topper which made all the difference. Thank you The air conditioning is amazing. So powerful and many a morning we woke up a little chilly. Both hotels are great. The Emre hotel is grander and has a spa, piano bar and hair dressers. The Emre beach is where the pools, all food and entertainment is. They are just over the road from each other. The two pools were a great temperature and there were loads of sunbeds available. There is also a beach area with sunbeds and the jetty but those beds get taken very early. Food The quality and variety of food was one of the best we have had. Something for everybody’s taste. Plenty of tables and the staff work so hard keeping every cleared and clean and tidy. I can’t express enough how good the food was and all cooked to perfection Drinks Great selection and the wine was actually very drinkable. Which does make a nice change for all inclusive. There was a large variety of cocktails available also in the all inclusive package. The staff We could not find any fault with any of the staff. They all went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. So to sum it up we had a fantastic holiday here. Nothing to complain about at all. Would highly recommend.

First of all, I would like to mention that we had a wonderful experience throughout our entire holiday. Mr. Ali and Mr. Murat at the reception were very attentive and helpful. We would like to thank Mr. Ersel for his attention and assistance. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The food was delicious, and the variety was quite good. In the service area, Mr. Yusuf and Ms. Evin were friendly and attentive. A hotel we would choose again for a holiday in Marmaris.

Just returned after a week at Emre beach. Arrived late and checked in was given a sandwich at reception as we had missed dinner - didn’t eat it as we went out but appeared very fresh. Overall experience was good, food is very good, best I’ve had at a standard AI, others have said it was repetitive I guess maybe it was a bit but there were plenty of choices so no need to have the same thing unless you wanted to. The one thing I feel is missing is a snack bar so you have to visit the restaurant for every meal. We don’t have allergies but were asked at reception regarding this and I got the impression you would be well catered for if needed. There are a number of converted campers around the hotel, bar, coffee cart, ice-cream would recommend in investing in another and using as a toasty truck would be very very popular and probably save the hotel a lot of money. Our room was a “promo” room and was on the ground floor with no balcony. Despite being near the pool and the main road we never heard any noise at all. It was myself and my adult daughter and the room had a double and a single bed. Room was a little tired in places but perfectly adequate, bathroom was good and plenty of hangers. One thing I would say is that the room is dark, obvs being ground floor you want to keep curtains shut and the lighting was very dim. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss, on a couple of occasions towels were taken and not replaced - once we had no towels at all, and on one day the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Bins also not emptied on a couple of days and used glasses weren’t washed at all throughout the week. Not too many problems getting beds at the pool, early in the week plenty of beds still available at 10am although it did get busier as the week went on. One side of the pool is in the shade in the morning the other side in the afternoon so if you want sun all day get beds between the two pools by the stage. At the beach jetty beds go very early and you also need to be down quite early to get a beach bed at all - by around 8am was my experience. Plenty of cocktail choices at the bar, although some of the popular ones are made in a machine and my daughter didn’t like the sex on the beach, when it was too busy I did ask for them to be made by hand and these were fine, so a tip is to find a drink that isn’t machine made and go for that - they muddle a great mojito! This isn’t a hotel for kids there is no kids entertainment or mini disco etc so is geared for the adult market. Music around the pool was good, not too loud and certainly not euro trash boom boom music. Someone else commented that mainly foreign music was played - they did play a fair but of Turkish music (particularly when the entertainment that evening was Turkish night) but in the main it was English music. The bar at the pool was rarely staffed, he just seemed to come and go as he pleased which was a shame as there was a lovely shaded seating area. Evening entertainment was ok on the evenings we were there, the acrobats looked fantastic, they also had Turkish night, a pop party (think foam involved although we were out that evening) and a couple of live singers. Overall it was ok. Guest wise, when we first arrived there was a lot of British people, maybe 50%. Later in the week there were a lot of Turkish people. On our last day a largish group of young Europeans arrived who were very loud - not doing anything wrong but were LOUD. Daytime entertainment consisted of yoga, shuffleboard, water aerobics, darts, pool etc. we used the spa for a Turkish bath and massage (glow package) which was pried at £60pp although we did get this down to £90 for two of us. It was very good. Overall this is a good hotel, it’s in a decent location, not too close to the madness of marmaris itself but bars restaurants and shops very close, also the dolmus is very frequent and cheap, you can pay by card which is cheaper than cash. The promenade at the back of the hotel has some lovely looking restaurants and bars if you fancy a change. I would return but would maybe avoid school holidays as think it could become too busy. Tip - take £ it’s very easy to change to Lira and cheaper than using a cash machine (I was charged 10% at a cash machine) it’s about 60 lira to the £1 at the moment.
