Using water conservation as an excuse, they don't clean your room from the day you arrive until you leave the hotel. Even if you don't ask for a change of sheets or towels, they don't even sweep or mop the room. Although it couldn't exactly be described as very clean when we first arrived. The furniture in the room is very old. The wardrobe, even the drawers, won't open. Problems can occur such as a broken shower head or water leaking from the ceiling. The restaurant and pool smell like sewage. That's why the pool was completely empty. With the rooms so dirty, I didn't even dare go into the pool. Smelling that odor while eating also makes one's stomach churn. The sea was very dirty too. You're swimming in boat waste. Their food has absolutely no flavor either. The worst parts were the desserts and the meatballs; I've never eaten anything worse in my life. Kudos to anyone who can eat the meatballs. The water served with meals is never cold. You can't take cold water and put it in the refrigerator in your room because the refrigerator closes when you leave since they don't give you a second card. It seems the business owner is trying to keep the business afloat without having to spend any money himself. Its only good feature is its location.

⭐ I definitely do not recommend it! Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at the Flamingo Hotel as part of the tour. The disrespectful, condescending, and demeaning attitude of the female staff member who greeted us at reception was unacceptable. Water is only available from a water dispenser, and to make matters worse, we couldn't even find decent cold water. The elevator is a real problem: when you get in, the doors open and close repeatedly before finally moving. It's both uncomfortable and unsettling. Showing respect and providing basic services to customers in a hotel shouldn't be this difficult. Service quality and staff approach definitely need to be reviewed.
