Location: its very close to shops Food: it has lots of varietys, there is a great selection of fresh and delicious food every day. Reception: Before our arrival, we requested a specific room with pool view. We completely understand that its not always possible to guarantee a specific room. However, since the hotel has more than 500 rooms, so we were hoping to be offered another room with a pool view. Unfortunately, we were given a completely different room. the room itself was perfectly fine and clean, so this did not have a major impact on our stay. We arrived at around 11 or 12 p.m at night. When we checked in, we were asked to find our room by ourselves. We didn't have any problems finding it, but we did find it a little unusual, as there are staff members available to guide guests. The hotel is very large and spread across several buildings, so this could easily be difficult for first-time visitors. The reception staff also didn't give us much basic information upon arrival. For example, we weren't given our towel cards at check-in, even though these should normally be provided. We had to return to reception to ask for them ourselves. Providing guests with basic information at check-in should be standard, whether they have stayed at the hotel before or not. As soon as we arrived at our room on the first day, we noticed that the refrigerator wasn't working. It was frustrating to have to deal with upon arrivael. We had to go to reception three times in a row before someone came to fix it. This is something that should have been checked we arrived as it would have made our arrival much smoother. Thankfully, a member of the staff came and fixed it for us. Staffs: the restaurant staff deserve special recognition. A special thank you to Imam, who was always kind and helpful whenever we couldn't find a free table. He always made sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. We remembered him from last year and we were happy to see him again this year. A big thank you also goes to the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean every day. The biggest downsides were that it was very difficult to find a sunbed because many reserved them early in the morning. The walls between the rooms are quite thin, so it is easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms Despite these small issues, this is a fantastic hotel that I would happily recommend. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with my family. The animations team was amazing, so friendly and great with all ages old and young. I especially loved Leah and Moses they created a lively atmosphere their dancing every morning made my whole day. And I really loved doing yoga with Leah every day.

Just returned home from a 10 day stay, and one person who truly made our holiday memorable was the evening garden barman Mehmet. His kindness, friendliness, and genuine care for every guest really stood out to our family. He always greeted us with a smile, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to make our evenings special. On top of that, his cocktail making skills were incredible, every drink was beautifully made and tasted amazing. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does. Staff like him make such a difference, and he’s a real credit to the hotel. The only down side we experienced was treatment from an animation team member Leah. She was incredibly rude to my family and consistently gave us awful looks, it’s a shame as all the other staff members were brilliant, just her that lets them down.
