Happy Holiday Apart

These apartments are average 3* star typical Turkish apartments. The pool is very small with minimal room around the sides, but it's no problem for people who prefer the beach and there are great pool bars on the main street of Marmaris. The apartments are small and equipped with the basic essentials (fridge, kettle, 2 ring hob). You don't get a TV or hair dryer, but this was no issue for us. The little bar is fine for a few drinks and they don't pump music out 24/7 so noise at night isn't an issue. The location is ideal - literally a few moments from the main action and beach/marina. When we were there it was cleanish - not perfect but not as vile as some apartments can be. Overall it's a little friendly place to base yourself - ideal for people who won't be staying at their own hotel much. Cheap, cheerful and basic.

We stayed here after the company we booked with booked us in the wrong hotel! We had been excited to stay at the apartments we origianally booked, and when getting to turkey in the heat just wanted to throw on our bikin's. to our suprise they never took us there and then said we wernt booked in at it! at this they said we would'drive around' and find a hotel spot! so the travel company took us here! THEY WERE BRILLANT!!! It looked busy when we arrived but they said that that wasnt the case and we could come right now, we went into the Hotel and were offered drinks and food on them for the inconvience and were the only people really that were fightin our corner the holiday company we booked with didnt seem to care! They couldnt be appologetic enough, and it wasnt even their fault! Im glad we got put there anyway, the food was good the entertainment was good! the staff were unbelievable and helped us so much! If it wasnt for this hotel then would have had to sleep on the streets of turkey! THANYOU SO MUCH.

We booked this holiday at the last minute & did not know where we were stopping until we arrived in Turkey. All we knew was that the hotel would be a 3*. We arrived at the hotel at 3.30am. We checked in & paid for air conditioning (£5 a day but totally worth it!). The hotel is basic but you have to remember that you are in Turkey which is in the Middle East!! The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Rooms are cleaned every other day although I'm sure our room was cleaned everyday. Just outside the front of the apartments is the pool which is right next to the bar! Plenty of sun loungers so no need to get up at 6 to put your towles down!! 10 minute walk from the beach & nightlife & the hotel is on route to get a dolmus into the centre. The couple who own the hotel are lovely although they do not a lot of speak English. The barman, Fuat, is very helpful & makes beautiful cocktails!! Food prices at the hotel aren't bad, £2.50 for a plate of chips but they are amazing!! Local beer is 4 lira (about £2), imported drinks will cost you more. Overall, our holiday was great. The people we met at the hotel were lovely. We are planning to go back next year & book direct with the hotel.
