Marsyas Hotel

It's a complete disgrace. A mentality that treats customers with hostility and deliberately victimizes them instead of welcoming them. Despite repeated requests, they did not give the remote control to either the air conditioner or the TV. The next morning they cut off the hot water in the room. (May 2024)

It's a terrible hotel. The refrigerator and air conditioner broke down. They gave me a room without TV and said they would bring it. Even though we insisted, they did not bring it. They entered the room while we were away and moved the refrigerator socket. The man standing at the reception is extremely relaxed and carefree. Breakfast is as in the pictures. Tasteless and unhygienic. One of the employees was chopping fruit for us and eating it himself. It's a sloppy place. Every item is ancient. We went with my wife and they gave us separate beds. If I go to Marmaris again, I won't even pass by the door of this hotel.

Place is quiet and close to Marmaris Centre. Great potential. Unfortunately they are managing it in a very poor way - saving from everything. Soap and shampoo in the rooms are scarce. Breakfast is terribly poor and a lady is counting your pieces of bread and controlling how much you eat. Room was cleaned once in two days. As a whole it is cheap enough but still I would give more money for a better value.
