My Dream

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We would especially like to thank Ahmet at the reception for his professionalism and kindness. After we mentioned that our initial room was not suitable, he reacted immediately, handled the situation with great care, and quickly arranged a new room for us. He listened to all of our concerns, resolved the issue efficiently, and made sure we were comfortable. His excellent customer service truly made a difference to our stay! The swimming pool was always clean and well maintained, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our only minor criticism is that not all staff members speak English very well, so communication was sometimes a little difficult. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. The location is excellent, arguably one of the best in the area, with easy access to everything you might need. We highly recommend this hotel, whether you are travelling as a couple or with children.

Travelled in August and here is an honest review and short account of our break..... Check in was past midnight but certainly no issues as only ones their to do so. Room was sea view which was dated but clean. Few bits needed updating but im sure they will get round to it. Breakfast wont suit all as is traditionally Turkish, but again, thats what's advertised. Guy on the main desk was a nice polite fella that always spoke to us. Shop next door was convenient but we opted to use 'Hero's Shop' over the road 2 down from the No Name Bar. A lot cheaper in here and a nice family that have lived in Marmaris before the tourist industry started owned it. If you want some history on the area, thus is the place to get it sat with a beer on their patio set. Good location for Dolmus and Taxi rank outside. You will get some noise from road if facing it and No Name Bar is a dance venue until 12pm curfew. My only gripe is the music around the pool was not chosen to suit a family hotel. Im certainly no prude and expect the occasional language but this was past suitable for even my ears let alone the wife and young son. When i requested it was changed i was advised i was the only one that didn't like thus style, and should report this to reception. (it was changed for a day)I was not the only one who was disappointed by this and next day it was back to normal. It wasn't the style, it was the explicit lyrics that caused the issue played so you could hear it in Icmeler to compete with the hotel next door. We chose to use Flamingo Hotel 100 yards to the right up the coast as to escape it and not ruin holidays. (they have a great pool and beautiful beach) Overall we have had a good time. We wouldn't return as per the above but it will suit some people.

Brilliant hotel not in the hustle and bustle its just right, its near the golden rock hotel., staff are brilliant apart from pne young guy with glasses on sho needs a lesson in customer services. The rooms are sparkling clean, and are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The turkish breakfast is to die for, eggs galore and a plethora of fresh tomatoes and cucumber, olives and fresh watermelon. The guys at the poolside bar apart from one I mentioned above are brilliant and a laugh a minute. Air con is free which is a massive bonus. I will definitely be back at this hotel in the near future . If you want a nice family hotel where your children can enjoy the pool in safety, this is the hotel for you. I loved the place, I used to stay at the green nature diamond for the last 7 years, not anymore, this is my go to hotel.
