Natalie's Beach Hotel

I spent 1 week in this hotel and I was so satisfied that I extended my stay. The managers and the staff are very welcoming and smiling with such positive energy. The hotel is clean with a very complete breakfast. It is right in the center with beach included. You are such wonderful people, thank you very much for everything Irem, Berk and Hazal, Erencan you are super. All the staff are very good. I would come back with my eyes closed and I really hope as soon as possible. The bars, the restaurants, the shops everything is nearby. Thanks to everyone. See you soon.

1st experience at this hotel and frankly nothing to complain about, everything is top-notch. All the staff are attentive. A big thank you for their availability, their attentiveness, and their service. The managers, Irem and Berk, are adorable, always with a smile on their faces and attentive to the slightest needs. The receptionists, Hazal and Erencan, are true professionals, always there when you need them, and above all, very pleasant. I felt more like I was on vacation at a friend's house than in a hotel. As for breakfast, it is truly a delight; there is something for every taste (sweet/savory).

The hotel staff are polite and helpful, but the rooms are a bit small. Breakfast starts at 8:30, which I think is a bit late, but perhaps that's the general trend in the area. The breakfast options weren't bad, but they could have been a bit more varied; tahini and molasses would have been even better. We requested a "box-breakfast" as we had an early departure the next day; it was clear they hadn't done this before (which might be a drawback), but they were helpful. Unfortunately, there weren't many vegan alternatives, which could be an area for improvement. The sun loungers at the beach they had an agreement with weren't very clean; even the cushions were wet the next day. Due to its location, it was quite noisy; the night was full of music and partying. Depending on what you expect from your vacation and hotel, this could be a good or a bad experience. Apart from that, it's an ideal hotel even for people above a certain age; it has a (small) elevator and the beach/sun loungers are 30 seconds away.
