The most crowded foreign vacationer I’ve ever seen from this apartment’s pool. One goes and one comes and they speak out loud and disturb people. At night, you keep listening to something in Arabic. It makes no sense. Plus çooooooooooooooooooook old.

Upon arrival I was shocked at how run down the hotel looked, it was early hours and a lady was on the desk. She could not speak English and used her phone to translate. I paid for my booking and went up to the room top floor, internet didn't work only on the balcony and having two children this didn't make my stay great! You know what they are like these days. The room wasn't ready for the 3 of us only one double bed made up and 1 towel I had to go back for bedding for the sofa bed at 1230am The room was very basic and the plates and cups dirty with food and lipstick on them. I purchased a loaf of bread for toast for the kids to then realise there was no toaster and live wires hanging down from the extractor fan. Also the electric kept tripping when we had a shower and the electric box was exposed in the wall. I called the man up and he told me just to unplug the kettle as electric isn't good !! Absolutely shocking. I stayed 5 nights with my children and only seen all Turkish men which was very intimidating and 2 women. No one spoke. We didn't spend any days at the hotel at all it was just a bed for the night as we had family at the cettia hotel. Each night we got home around a 12-1am and got the kids to bed to be woken by screaming and shouting in the corridors between 3-5am which was a piss take! One man came out on my last night who was English and went mad shouting what the f*ck is going on !!! The rooms were minging no one had cleaned the room at all check photos attached. It was terrible there was no sweeping brush or anything and no one cleaned once or replaced towels during my whole stay. I had to place a towel over the drain in the shower as there was a foul smell and we left the light on over night in bathroom as one child was on the sofa. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here the road outside are dark up to the hotel. I had family here to walk me home but I even went to their hotel to pay for another room but no availability or I would of moved ! When I checked out I spoke to a young man and he apologise and said he couldn't do anything I asked for the manager who was not present so got his mobile I won't hold my breath for a refund! The slide wasn't open all taped off for the whole time we were there. AVOID AVOID AVOID
