First of all, hello. Those planning to book this hotel, don't be fooled by the photos. Don't fall for the "cheap, affordable, all-inclusive" claims. Believe me, the food is terrible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are awful. I won't even mention breakfast; lunch is full of turkey, mostly appetizers, french fries, and salad. Dinner includes grilled fish, meatballs, chicken wings, and turkey. The fish isn't fish, it's bone dry. The meatballs aren't meatballs, they're undercooked, white, raw. The wings are passable, but the turkey is pitch black; nobody ate it, they probably used it in the food. You can fill your stomach with the appetizers and salad. The bread isn't fresh, and the cutlery and plates are stained. There's no shower when you go into the pool; people jump straight out of bed. Believe me, it's a breeding ground for germs. The staff pour chlorine or something whenever they feel like it, and it smells awful. There are even people putting babies in diapers in the pool, and the staff jump in the pool in their everyday clothes and shoes. Hygiene is zero, in short. The staff are inexperienced, their clothes are dirty, awful, and unprofessional. Regarding the room, the only working air conditioner, the TV, and the refrigerator don't cool. There's a lot of broken and dirty furniture in the room. They don't even provide drinking water; you have to get your water from a water dispenser outside. Don't be fooled by the beach they offer; the beach they call Ibiza is 950 meters away, and it smells like they've dumped construction sand there. The sea is worthless, and the staff there are also strange.

We would like to thank Manager Hamdi and his team for making our holiday perfect in every aspect, from the hotel's location and cleanliness to the respectful and friendly staff. The evening entertainment was also fantastic. We love you all and look forward to seeing you again!
