Yuvam Hotel

Unfortunately, we had a very bad holiday between July 7th and July 10th, 2026. The hotel management was good. The cleaning lady, Ms. Dilek, was very friendly and a kind person. But the pub owners downstairs were terrible. They played loud, foreign music exclusively for tourists until 1:00 AM, and their breakfast arrangement was awful. The breakfast area was tiny, dark, like a coal cellar, and there wasn't anything decent to eat. They kept reheating cracked eggs. We ended up buying our own cheese, bread, and salami from Migros. Don't go there, folks.

I checked in on August 29th and checked out on September 4th with my family. The hotel's location is nice, but it's not just about the location; there's practically no refrigerator. You get a bottle of water, and there's no refrigerator to keep it cold. We couldn't drink water properly. I told reception, and they said the refrigerators keep things cold, but unfortunately, they didn't keep anything cold either. We couldn't put anything in the refrigerator. I guess you can't bring drinks to the beach. How can this be? They gave the management to a company so that they could make money. Okay, I have no complaints about the staff being helpful, but it's not enough. The breakfast is the same. Is it really the same every day? I'm fed up with eating the same things every day. I don't know the name of the woman who cleaned our room on the 5th floor, but she was very cheerful, and I thank her separately. The rest was nothing. If I had known it would be like this, I wouldn't have booked it. If I had known it would be like this, the people serving breakfast in the kitchen never smiled, except for one person. On Thursday, I went to get a plate from Oray, the guy who was serving, and he greeted me with a "Good morning." I don't know his name, but he was a polite person. But the rest of the men didn't smile at all. I took my empty breakfast plate back, and they sent it back to the table. Apparently, they were going to collect the empty plates. I had brought it all the way there, and I was being polite. Anyway, I gave the hotel a negative review that day.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but we had a wonderful 4-day holiday and experienced no problems whatsoever. I recommend going now that prices are so low. Since the hotel is by the sea, it doesn't have a parking lot; you need to find a parking spot on the street leading down to the sea from the district police station and carry your luggage. It's a 25-minute walk to the city center.
