Booked a family holiday problems in both rooms had to get changed rooms, staff didn't speak good English, entertainment that is said online wasn't on we were told they only do live entertainment when its busy had to spend money out the hotel. Food was basically the same all the time we were there it only changed the day before we left we were told thats because it was busy but now it is. Had to pay extra for smirnoff, Gordon's only house stuff is free £10 for bingo if you wanted to play.. says check food numbers for intolerance no numbers and don't have a clue what gluten free is even tho I asked before booking. Spent a lot of money we had for gifts and stuff for us to take home out on food and drinks in other placed due to food and lack of entertainment. You should get the same entertainment and food no matter what month you book not only get these when it busy. Don't waste you money no jet2 rep either seen twice 2 minutes but lovely tui rep how couldn't do enough even tho we didn't fly with them. Definitely miss representation

Just spent 10 nights here with my husband and children...we had the best time ...we loved everything about this hotel ..the food was fantastic and the hotel was lovely ..the staff was more than helpful and very welcoming ..room cleaned daily and the entertainment team was amazing ..water games and entertainment was great ....raen was so lovely..always had a big smile and time to sit and talk with us nothing was to much to do for us and the kids ..bar staff was amazing ..happy and chatty ... definitely going back we loved everything about this hotel ...thanks to everyone who made our holiday special there ❤️

Absolutely amazing time spent there, all the staff were so lovely and the entertainment team especially. Definitely going to go back next year!!
