Akdeniz Beach

Very well located hotel in central Olu Deniz . Small hotel with friendly staff and comfortable bedrooms . Nice swimming pool and pool area .Good variety of food including tasty fresh cooked omelettes for breakfast . Very good value hotel.

Myself and two teens have just returned from one week at Akdeniz. Originally we were given room 219, an attic room, but it was very small for 3 of us, I asked to change rooms the next day, not a problem was given 310, lower floor and quite modern. The hotel and grounds are spotless, staff are lovely, the location is ideal for nearby beach, restaurants and bars. Tammy in Guest Relations is a lovely lady, very helpful and friendly. Advised us on nearby areas to visit and helped us out massively on our last day when we had problem with our mobiles. The only things what lets this hotel down in my opinion is the food and drink, same items at breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, a choice of 6 hot items also, but more often these were cold. No variation, I understand its turkish food, but whilst the hotel is sold to English guests I dont think its catered for. The drinks are also not varied, gin , vodka wine or beer. We went out for food and drinks most evenings even though we were All Inclusive purely through the lack of choices. Maybe a few cocktails or fresh juices and ice cream added to the menu would be an addition.

No frills food selection. Very small hotel no entertainment just crap music. Basic food very basic but good salad options. Not bad really for the money. Next time I’ll pay more go 4 star pluses lovely staff lovely size room balcony tv Aircon just a very basic hotel but not overpriced overall happy if you just want simple this is good.
