Just an awful hotel very basic dirty and scruffy no regular drinks no one wanted to help you. All based on money for everything... staff rude cleanliness crap. Wouldn't ever enertain again and now it's all muslim only

We stayed here Sept 2014.The location us excellent, right beside the town. Downside, we arrived on the Tuesday and on the Friday we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. No sign of any housekeeping. Luckily the linen cupboard was near our room so we could help our selves to towels but our bin needed to be emptied. Broken glasses left around the pool. Only ever saw one young chap on reception and another running to bar. I think the whole hotel was run by about 6 people. Luckily this year we're going back to Pine Valley.

Hotel was dirty and there were empty glasses and bottles around the pool area that had not been moved for over a week. It wasn't until we actually asked for the mess to be cleaned, was it done. Will not be going to this hotel again.
