Jiva Beach Resort

This is our 3rd visit and this time was just as fantastic as the 1st. A special thank you to Orcun for looking after us in the beach pavilion we had a lovely day. I’m sure we’ll be back in the future.

This was my 2nd time at Jiva and I have never returned to a hotel before, however I would comfortably say I didnt think it could get any better but it completely exceeded all of my expectations. Jiva is a beautiful hotel set in gorgeous landscaped gardens. Pristine is the word the buildings compliment the beautiful gardens and its just so lovely. The food is amazing and plentiful, beautifully presented and its great to watch it all being cooked. The staff are the most pleasant I have experienced anywhere in the world. I can honestly say I was acknowledged by every single member of staff that I walked by with either a Merhaba, or Hello or a smile, from gardeners, house keeping to bar staff, waiters, security, reception and guest services. Every single person made my holiday the best I could have wished for. I must convey my most sincere Thanks for the kindness shown to me by the lovely and beautiful Busra In guest relations. I was a solo guest and it was my late husbands birthday whilst I was there. Busra helped me to secure a a la carte dining reservation on his birthday in the Boubon restaurant. I was greated at the restaurant by Ozram (I hope i hsve remembered his name correctly. He was wonderful to me, he welcomed me so specially and took me to a table decorated with fresh flower petals and a lovely hand written card from guest relations, that definitely bought a tear to my eyes, because of the thoughfullness involved. I was treated like a princess for the whole of the evening and it will be a memory that I will treasure for ever. I could write pages on how special this hotel is. I dont drink lots of alcohol so I found the coffee caravan such a great place to go. Also the new little cans of pop served at the bars were a great addition as fresh pop is so nice. From milk shakes to non alcoholic cocktails every drink was delicious and made by the wonderful staff. Also a big shout out to the lovely lady in the coffee caravan, she was so pleasant and smiled every day regardless of how busy she was. She is a beautiful lady. I am hoping to return in September with my friend, but I have already booked to go back next July on my own. To the family who own Jiva, you have such an amazing amout of guests who return over and over and that really is something to be proud of. Please dont change anything that you have implemented this year. You have a hotel to be proud of and it shows that you are just that in every aspect of service and standards. Absolutely wonderful hotel. It was my 2nd visit to jiva beach and it was even better than the first time! The first visit was with my family, the 2nd was with family and friends id sold it to them and when they experienced how wonderful the hotel was they realised why! This hotel has such a personal feel. The beach is absolutely beautiful ❤️ we spent all our holiday at the beach. The beach bar is such a fabulous addition to the hotel, especially at night when the entertainment takes place. Entertainment is just so good. This hotel is such a special place. Food is fabulous and the staff are so attentive. See you in 2027, iv already booked and my family and friends are also coming too 😁 xxx
