We had a great time here, hotel is lovely and clean, service and entertainment was great and a wide variety of food. However, the hotel rep Teddy really made our holiday he was amazing !! He went above and beyond for us he’s an absolute diamond !

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days. On our second day, we wanted to try the spa. Based on the reviews, I thought we would be satisfied, but I really couldn't have imagined it would be this good. First, my wife, children, and I received massage and foam scrub services. They took lovely photos of us in the foam scrub and a souvenir photo in the relaxation area. Then, my wife and I opted for the most luxurious deluxe program. After the full body scrub and seaweed mask in the Turkish bath, I can't even begin to describe how soft and relaxed our bodies felt. Following the 90-minute massage, we were completely ready to fly. I had a lot of calluses on my back. They massaged them so gently and without causing me pain; I was truly delighted. However, due to my job, I had quite a lot, so it couldn't be removed in one go. Because of this satisfaction, and for my own health, my wife and I booked a three-session massage package. We've been at the spa every day since we arrived, and if I had the time, I really wouldn't want it to end. The entire spa team truly loves their work and makes you feel it wonderful. Kudos to everyone involved. The hotel staff were also very friendly, and we were pleased with the food. We are happy that we chose this place. But lastly, I would like to especially thank my brother TJ. He convinced us with the information he gave us on the first day we arrived; what he said was more than enough. His sincerity and kind approach made our stay at the hotel even better. He took care of us not only regarding the spa but in every aspect, and he truly deserves more than just a thank you. I think you should visit the spa as soon as you arrive at the hotel and experience it; you won't regret it. Thank you for everything.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Aqua World Hotel, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. Travelling with three young children can be hectic, but the hotel was absolutely perfect for families. The pools were fantastic, and our children had the best time every single day. The food was amazing too, with plenty of choice for both adults and children, and there was always something everyone enjoyed. One thing that really stood out was how incredibly clean the hotel was. Everywhere was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job cleaning our room every day. Throughout the hotel, staff were constantly tidying and keeping everything looking immaculate. With three children, we definitely left the odd trail behind us at times, but every member of staff was so kind, patient, and always had a smile on their face. A huge thank you has to go to the entertainment team, especially **Gem**. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and deserves the highest praise. She was always so happy, positive, and full of energy. Every day she made such an effort with our children, remembering them, encouraging them to join in with activities, and making them feel so included. It was obvious how much she genuinely enjoys what she does, and seeing her around the hotel always brightened everyone’s day. She played such a big part in making our children’s holiday so special, and they absolutely adored her. We’d also like to mention **TJ** from the spa, who greeted us every day with such warmth and kindness. He was brilliant with the children and always took the time to say hello and make them smile. We also enjoyed the experiences with the main kids club runner - buse she was always so friendly and happy to see the children again encouraging them to take part in activities but not pushy - just right for our children. Every single member of staff we came across was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a great holiday. That level of service really makes a difference. Thank you to everyone at Aqua World Hotel for giving our family such wonderful memories. We leave with happy children, lots of fantastic memories, and we’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family. We would love to return in the future!
