We read the reviews and made a reservation, and overall we left satisfied. We stayed in a family room for 3 nights; my wife and the valet helped carry our suitcases upon arrival. 2. Our room was on a lower floor and there was no elevator, which surprised us a lot; we didn't know there wasn't one. But since we only stayed for three days, we weren't too tired. The meals were adequate and tasty, breakfast could be a little better. I didn't particularly like the pastries and bagels, but the fried dough pastries were delicious. They also had hamburgers and pizza for afternoon tea, which were tasty. But the cakes were dry and the cookies tasteless; it could have been better. The staff were very friendly and kind. The young people clearing the tables were very quick; they kept asking if we were finished with our food, but it felt a bit strange to have to keep saying we were still serving. Also, I think thermoses should be provided at breakfast; constantly getting up to refill the tea is tiring. Our room was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was an added convenience. The pool areas were clean and enjoyable. We were generally satisfied, thank you 🙏

Firstly, I was very pleased with the women-only section of the hotel, so that part is not included in my review. The hotel food is very bland and tasteless. The cutlery was dirty and stained, they did a very inadequate job of washing the glasses just to quickly put them back, I saw crumbs from the previous person in the glass, I've never been so disgusted while eating or drinking in my life. The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful, but the towels were stained. The music wasn't turned off during prayer times; they only turned it off occasionally after we repeatedly asked them to. There's no place to pray in the room; you can cross the road and pray in the other building, or you can pray in the tiny, very hot shed by the women's pool. I had a lot of difficulty with prayer; this shouldn't have happened at a hotel that claims to be conservative. And I would also like to mention that there is no ventilation in the toilets. Overall, that's my opinion, and I don't recommend it.

We stayed in a family room for 4 nights during the holiday. I thought I should leave a review because we came based on the reviews. The cleanliness was excellent, the pools were very clean, and it was a beautiful environment as seen in the videos. The staff were friendly and tried to help us with everything. The staff in the dining hall and snack bar were also very good, very warm and friendly people. As for the food, it was very good 😊 delicious, with many options: appetizers, salads, desserts, and breakfast in general. We really liked it. We didn't experience any discomfort; we felt at home. This was our first time experiencing a conservative hotel, and we're so glad we did. Attention was paid to everything, we were warned, and the rules were followed. I would like to thank the Hotel Manager, Mr. Osman, for his help. Also, we thank the animation team, the children's "Abla Havva" (older sister Havva), and all the staff. We're so glad we met you all.
