Tugi kids club very good, our kids enjoyed it very much

This is our second time staying at Voyage Torba. We had a more enjoyable holiday this year. First of all, I would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Barış. We were grateful for the room upgrade and, as he said, we had a perfect holiday this time. I think the biggest factor in this is that we've been lucky enough to have some great assistants this year. First of all, the hotel has a pleasant concept; it's easily accessible and compact, with easy access to everything. Rooms close to the sea are particularly comfortable in this respect. Apart from that, you don't really feel the crowds at the hotel. The main restaurant and à la carte dishes are generally delicious. Unfortunately, there are some flavors that don't quite quite work out in the dessert section. The baklava, in particular, was really bad. I believe Mr. Fikri, whom I consider to be a pastry chef, should improve his communication skills and be more informed about the products. Besides that, if you have any expectations for entertainment, this might not be enough. This also applies to the kids' club. Apart from that, the assistant service this year truly deserves five stars. We had some difficulties last year, but everything was very enjoyable this year. Upon arrival, our assistant, Ms. Ela, gave us a very warm welcome and quickly showed us to our room. The next day, we reported that my daughter and I couldn't sleep because of the light coming through the windows. Assistant Yaren Hanım quickly took action and solved the problem for us.🙏🏻 Our assistant Ömer Bey also quickly provided a solution so my wife could watch the Fenerbahçe match.😃 And I would like to extend my thanks again to our other assistant, Ahmet Bey. Because something from the sea got stuck in my wife's foot, he quickly took the necessary actions regarding the preventive treatment process and truly showed his heartfelt concern throughout the entire process. Knowing you're not alone in a health situation is invaluable🙏🏻 This time I'm sending five stars to our assistants and other staff🙏🏻🙏🏻 A big thank you to Mr. Ismail, who greeted us with a smile every day at the beach lounge, and to Timi, whom we met last year (it was nice to see him again). To Mr. Yipit, who helped provide first aid to my wife's foot. Also, is there anything you need, always available at the beach bar, by the beach, or by the pool? I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff who made our holiday so enjoyable by constantly asking questions. I hope the staff's attentiveness and politeness never change. Except for two people, we had a wonderful holiday without any problems or having to think about anything.

This is a facility we've been coming to for over 10 years. It's perfect in every way. Each year, it improves, raises the bar even higher, and continues to surprise us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to General Manager Mr. Yılmaz, Bar Manager Mr. Pusat, Mr. Talha who took great care of us, Ms. İlayda from the animation team who was always by our side, and our assistants Ms. Neşe and Ms. Özge who readily and attentively provided solutions to all our requests.
