Akuzun Hotel

The shower head inside the shower cabin was faulty and was spraying water towards the electrical wiring. This situation posed a serious security risk. The ceiling and walls of the bedroom were crumbling in pieces. The bed was in extremely poor condition, dirty, and sagging inwards. The bathroom tile fell off the moment we turned on the water. The room door was broken. I couldn't stay in the room because it was both unsafe and in poor hygienic condition. When I reported the situation to the hotel staff, they offered no alternative solution and simply said, "Then we're closing the room." When I asked, "What should I do?", I was told, "Look for another hotel and cancel this one through the agency." Despite my inability to reach the agency, the hotel owner stated that he had only contacted a few hotels, found no availability, and, without offering any other solution, requested a cash refund and asked me to leave. I was officially victimized and left on the street.

On Halloween, we stayed 4 people, 2 Rooms. Nice little Hotel that smells like a goat, clean, hygienic. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread is sufficient and fresh. 200 meters from the property center. We had 2 STD rooms. It’s wide enough for 2 people. Pulls may be a bit more busy. Family Hotel. Good price. We will definitely go back. We thank all employees individually for their interest and interest.

In May , we crossed our roads with the Akuzun hotel and it was good that we met . We were very well welcomed by the loyal people. Obviously, we were hesitating about the hotel’s rating, but they mistaken us about it. It 's also quite a good value hotel with friendly service . The location is very nice, breakfast sort is quite enough rooms comfortable for us most importantly hygiene room was very successful. Thank you very much to all the employees for taking part in a beautiful Cappadocia vacation. We can easily recommend Recommendations.
