The property is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and has an authentic Cappadocian charm. Everyone we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and hospitable. A special thank you to Duygu from Guest Relations, who truly went above and beyond. She helped arrange our hot-air balloon experience as well as our tours around Cappadocia, and everything was handled seamlessly. Her personal attention and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Dinner at Revithia was another highlight — absolutely impeccable. The food, presentation, service, and atmosphere were outstanding and made for a truly special evening. Beautiful property, exceptional hospitality, and wonderful people. Kayakapi was one of the highlights of our Cappadocia trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent hotel, very nice facilities and very good service. They helped us book the balloon flight with Royal and everything was perfect. We also booked a tour at the hotel, our guide was Captain (Yuksel), the best guide, very kind, and he made our experience in Cappadocia very good.
