Antalya Twenty Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent; being centrally located in Kaleiçi is a great advantage. The welcome at reception was excellent, I would especially like to thank Mr. Timuçin for his attention and approach. However, I was unfortunately very disappointed with the cleanliness. From the breakfast area to the ingredients used, a lack of hygiene was noticeable in many areas. Overall, I think more attention should be paid to cleanliness. I believe the hotel, which has a beautiful location and helpful staff, could offer an even better experience if it improved its hygiene standards.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming reception, no information provided on arrival and just pointed in direction of stairs. Room small and basic as expected. Generally clean on arrival but drawer filled with previous customers travel information. However no room cleaning at all including bin for toilet tissue and no towel change until we asked. After being there for 4 nights and still no cleaning we were told that no room clean unless key left at reception. It would have been helpful to have been told this or to have had that information in the room! The room was then cleaned and bin emptied. The following day the shower blocked and the room flooded. We asked for the drain to be cleared. We had to use towels to mop up the flooded bathroom and left these on the floor as no where else to put them. Left our key as asked. We returned to muddy footprints in the shower, wet towels left on the floor, no bin change and no new towels. We were given the impression that the hotel staff really didn’t give a s**t about guests
