We are constantly being rudely ordered around, the staff speaks to us in a commanding tone. The rooms were provided in a dirty state: there was hair on the sheets, the pillowcase was torn, and slippers were under the beds. It is obvious that the numbers we were given were not removed at all.
We couldn't even eat properly. The pasta ran out immediately, and they didn't bring chicken either. There were practically no waiters, they told us: "Take it yourselves."
There is an unpleasant and very strong smell in the hotel. The hotel is very, very dirty.
The Wi-Fi didn't work until the moment we left the hotel. Because of this, we were worried because we were already late for the transfer.
This is a terribly dirty and bad hotel. I have never seen such a bad and dirty hotel in my life.

I was sent to the Cender Hotel by EasyJet due to flight cancellations and I can honestly say it is the most disgusting, unhygienic and unsafe accommodation I have ever had the displeasure of setting foot in. My time lasted all of 3 hours - with 2.5 hours being spent outside standing by the pool on the phone attempting to leave and the remaining 30 minutes being spent standing on the balcony in disbelief at the state of the room which I was physically unable to stand or sit down in as it was so vile.
Where do I start. ALL of the towels had stains on them of a brown and red colour. The bed sheets were stained, the mattress was stained and also contained bedbugs which surprised me because I was so shocked that any living being could actually want to stay here. This also was not exclusive to our room as 2 other couples told us they had similar stains on their linen. We found someone's leftover clump of hair on our floor, even Stevie Wonder as our cleaner could have saw this if there had even been an attempt to clean.
There was mould across the balcony door glass, the TV was covered in what looked like splattered blood, the structure of the room was literally crumbling and cracked both inside and on the balcony. The woodwork and furniture were stained with god knows what and completely filthy. The bathroom door was as if someone had thrown liquid over it and allowed it to dry in, rather than even attempting to clean this never mind repaint. The bath was filthy - and had a layer of dirt and grime on the base.
The doorframe was rotten, cracked and could easily come away from the wall - which actually happened to another passenger from our bus. The door itself was not secure and rattled when pushed as if it could be opened with very minimal effort if wanted.
Do not be fooled by proximity to the Old Town and the beach, the neighbourhood location of the hotel would not look out of place in the Gaza Strip.
EasyJet advised me to speak to reception regarding my issues, all of whom could not speak very good English and were rude & uninterested anyway. Outwith our room, the elevator had bare wires which is a severe safety hazard on its own.
I did not attempt to try the food, but passed a family who did and it *literally* looked like vomit, the stray cats would even avoid it.
EasyJet classed the need to stay here due to it being emergency accommodation, but this hotel is an emergency in itself. Bedbugs transfer extremely easily to humans and belongings - this could then be carried onto their aircrafts and onwards to peoples homes causing a National Health Crisis.
If you see any reviews with a positive headline and no substance to back it up I firmly believe these are from the hotel attempting to improve their already awful ratings.
Overall, the Cender Hotel should be nuked and classed as a United Nations exclusion zone to stop them from attempting to rebuild.

We were sent to Cender Hotel as emergency accommodation following an easyJet flight cancellation, and it was an absolute nightmare. The property is severely run-down, unhygienic, and presents clear health and safety risks to anyone staying here.
Key Issues:
Major Security Risk: Our room door lock was completely broken and the door frame trim was split open, making it impossible to secure the room safely.
Severe Hygiene Failures: The bed sheets were heavily stained and unwashed, attached to a grimy, uncleaned headboard. The bathroom was filthy, including an uncleaned toilet brush left behind and a broken sink drain full of accumulated dirt.
Hazardous Maintenance: Shower controls were heavily corroded, and lighting fixtures were damaged and exposed.
We felt so unsafe and disgusted by the conditions that we vacated the hotel immediately to safeguard our health and booked our own travel home. This hotel fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and security. Avoid this property completely.
