During my stay at Divan Hotel, I had an experience that truly went far beyond standard hotel service. My mobile phone was lost, and in this highly stressful situation, Ms. Büşra, the receptionist, stayed by my side with exceptional empathy and support until the phone was found. From the very beginning, she followed up on the issue with calmness and genuine care, as if it were her own personal concern. She accompanied me step by step, carefully exploring every possible way to locate the phone with great attention and responsibility. Her consistent follow-up and real effort clearly went beyond her official duties. Throughout the entire process, I never felt alone; I felt understood and supported at every stage. In the end, thanks to her dedicated and responsible efforts, my phone was found. I would also like to mention that all staff were helpful and supportive, but Ms. Bushra's attitude and performance were truly outstanding and exceptional. She turned a highly stressful situation into one of calm, trust, and real human support, and in my opinion, she truly deserves recognition and promotion. The rooms are beautiful, new and clean Specially washroom are so clean. Covid-19 protection is high level. Nice breakfast comparing Turkish high-level breakfast expectation :) Dinner is also satisfactory. Nice place, nice athmosphere However my room was so noisy all night long :( I am curious about the engine voice is always there?

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big rooms. May be a bit hot without airconditioning and opening the windows does not really help. Bar and restaurant also ok and some good restaurants in the area. breakfast buffet: plenty of choice.
