Arsen Hotel

We ordered a playpen (baby bed) for our four-month-old baby. This is the first time we've heard that it's not in a hotel. In all the hotels I've stayed at so far, they never left my baby without a bed, even though they saw that we had a baby in our reservation. The cleanliness in the rooms is terrible. The bathrooms are rusty and moldy, and the air conditioner is broken. The staff at the restaurant are rude when you ask them something. Breakfast is the same every day. The location was beautiful, unfortunately.

I think it's quite good and adequate; not every hotel needs a pool. An unpretentious, simple hotel.
