The pool and common areas were neglected and dirty, the bathroom and toilet drains in the room smelled bad, the sheets looked clean but had a very strong odor, I wrapped myself in my clothes before going to bed, it was June and the air conditioners weren't working, I never saw the market open, I didn't like the food, leftover meat from the previous day was added to another dish the next day and presented as a separate meal, they charged for all kinds of drinks, at least they should have been complimentary with the meal, desserts were leftovers every day, there was no fruit except for leftover oranges and apples in the middle of summer. They brought in someone incredibly amateurish for live music; I couldn't listen to them at all. Overall, I would never come back and I wouldn't recommend it…

We didn't like the hotel. The rooms were cleaner than the common areas, but all the other common areas, even the lobby, were in poor condition. The women's pool area was about the size of a children's pool and very cramped; we couldn't get in. There was a constant bad smell inside. We were not satisfied at all. The worst part was the food. So we didn't like anything we ate. We kept talking amongst ourselves about how it could be so tasteless. The desserts were absolutely terrible; we couldn't even touch them because of the smell. If you set your expectations very low when you arrive, you might like it a little.

We visited this hotel on the same date last year, 7 people my girlfriends my family girlfriend holiday and we were very pleased. But this year we came back on the same date with the same people, and we were lost. We came for the weekend and stayed 1 night. The rooms weren’t clean, pillow cabins were full of hair fur, and the pillow cabins still stinks of fries. There was always a smell of food inside the hotel. When we spoke on the phone, we said you can have breakfast when you arrive, you can use the wet spaces, but you will pay extra 500t when we go. The exits for the wet areas were said to be confusing, but we were able to use them with our insistences. There were just 3 pieces of cake for tea time and they were very bad. Dinner was midnight. Last year at tea time, there were cuts, potato salads, soup, a variety of cookies, cakes, and so was dinner and breakfast, but unfortunately this year was bad. The outdoor pool was never heated because of the cold Last year we spent all day in the smoke, the pool was warm. It was freezing this year, never unheated waters flow. The indoor pools were beautifully clean and the people who worked were friendly. Only those at the front desk were opposite and not interested in customer satisfaction. Will I ever go again!
