When we went there the bedsheet have little stain and we didn't mind it when we did the check out they let us pay for that. It was like a scam. If ever you try to book that hotel make sure u leg them change the beddings in front of yours eyes right after the check in. I don't recommend that hotel. That old fat guy Egyptian he likes to asks more money for tip. COMFORT INN AL Rigga is a NO.

**1-Star Review** This was a very upsetting and disappointing experience. My sister and I became stranded after our flight was cancelled due to the current regional situation. During this stressful time we simply asked the hotel if there was any support or consideration for guests affected by the travel disruption. Unfortunately there was **no real support offered**. When we checked online booking platforms, the price available there was essentially the same as the rate the hotel offered us. When we asked about this, the hotel manager insisted it was a “good rate” they were giving us. In such a difficult situation, this response felt dismissive and made us feel as if we were asking for charity rather than simply requesting understanding during an unexpected travel crisis. The most troubling part was the **behavior regarding the general manager**. I politely asked the receptionist if I could speak with the general manager and was told that **he was not in the hotel**. However, the general manager was actually standing nearby in the lobby. I recognized him from his LinkedIn profile and asked him directly, and he confirmed that he was indeed the general manager. When I asked why I had been told he was not there, his response was simply: **“I am not a receptionist.”** As a guest already under stress due to a cancelled flight, this was honestly shocking. Hospitality should mean listening to guests and showing professionalism, especially during difficult circumstances. Being told the general manager is not present when he is literally standing nearby creates a very uncomfortable situation and raises concerns about transparency. I would also like to mention that **the lady at reception and the housekeeper on the 7th floor were extremely kind, professional, and respectful**, and I truly appreciate their attitude and help. However, the way the situation was handled by management was very disappointing. I hope the hotel will review this behavior so that **future stranded guests are treated with more empathy, honesty, and professionalism.**

in the old days a very nice small hotel with fine cuisine. nowadays - things have gotten worse. Furniture's dilapidated, staff aren't eager to help, kitchen's degraded altogether - instead of a restaurant, tables on the ground floor, food is mediocre
