This was my first time staying at this Flora Creek Hotel Apartments. It is an Indian hotel, but it is very clean inside. The main feature of this hotel is that, as the name suggests, it is an apartment type room, all very spacious. I was able to relax as if I were in my own home because I had everything I needed for life: TV lounge, bedroom, easy-to-use separate kitchen, washing machine and ironing room. Breakfast each morning is also varied and you can enjoy Indian as well as Continental cuisine. Manoj, the bellboy, always cared about me and provided me with prompt service, and Jamal, the receptionist, was pleasantly accommodating my requests. The sauna, spa facilities and fine gym are also available free of charge to guests, and trainers are on hand at the gym for a fee but personal training is also available, so you can feel very comfortable in the hotel. This area of Old Dubai has a local feel and is close to the Gold Souk and Spice Souk, but downtown is also a convenient place to go as it is only a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Deira City Center station is a few minutes' walk from the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. City Centre is the name of a shopping mall, and there is a huge shopping centre directly connected to the station (although if you want to see the high brand, you should go to Dubai Mall), so it contains all sorts of shops, and you can have a quick meal at the food court or enjoy the day.
