Orchid Hotel

We traveled to dubai as two individual women with the purpose of business, so we booked this hotel to minimize the expenses, after 4 terrible nights in this hotel I find it Necessary to write a review! Maybe any Legislative Authority of Emirates stop this hotel from continuing its operations!!! 1.this hotel is not safe at all for women! There are two loud discos functioning until 3 in the a.m making this hotel A prostitution exchange hub! and a lot of men staring at any woman entering hotel ,as a prostitute ! We didnt see any prostitue come up at hotel rooms but for sure saw many costumers. 2.Rooms are stinky! A mixture of cigarettes smoke and wet floor and other stuff not to mention!!!! 3.staff at the help desk pretend not to understand English to not help! Not only that , the Indian woman at the reception started to shout on us and of course saying inappropriate words in Indian after asking for help! We Found Their Attitude Extremely Racist, inhuman and unkind. 4.the breakfast is a big insult to anyone staying at this hotel, not a choice that you got to eat breakfast out side that awful hotel! 5.forget about Rest at night! The disco keeps playing until 3 in the morning even in the 5th floor you feel the waves of music shaking your room! I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels this hotel is for sure the worst and would never get back in there!

Disappointing and unsafe experience. I found cockroaches in my room, and overall cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard. Breakfast was very limited and not aligned with the listing/photos. On top of that, I noticed personal items missing from my room and reported it to the front desk, but the response was unhelpful and I didn’t feel the issue was taken seriously. I would not stay here again, and I recommend choosing another property.

⚠️ WARNING: THEFT RISK – DO NOT STAY HERE ⚠️ I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights starting on November 24, 2025. My experience was so bad that I feel morally obligated to write this review to prevent others from going through the same nightmare. 1️⃣ THEFT FROM MY ROOM BY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF Items I purchased were stolen directly from my room by the housekeeping staff. I provided clear evidence, documentation, and even sent official emails, yet the hotel management showed complete indifference and took zero responsibility. This single incident is more than enough to prove that security and honesty do not exist in this hotel. If you value your belongings even slightly, do not choose this hotel. 2️⃣ DISASTROUS AND INSULTING BREAKFAST The breakfast here is an absolute disaster. During five days of stay, not once was cheese offered — unbelievable. The breakfast is clearly designed only for Indian guests: • Pasta • Samosas • Extremely spicy food • No proper bread whatsoever If you are not Indian, breakfast will be practically inedible. This is not breakfast — it’s morning torture. 3️⃣ DISCO NOISE UNTIL LATE AT NIGHT If your room is on floors 1, 2, or 3, be prepared for loud disco music shaking your room. Sleep? Rest? Peace? Forget it. None of that exists here. ________________________________________ ❗ The only “positive” point (and barely one): The hotel is close to Al Rigga Metro Station, but this is not a real advantage since there are dozens of similar (and better) hotels in Deira. If metro access matters, staying near City Centre Metro Station is a far better choice for both convenience and shopping. ________________________________________ ⚠️ FINAL VERDICT: If you are absolutely forced (and I really mean forced) to stay here: • ❌ Do NOT allow room cleaning if you don’t want your belongings stolen • ❌ Avoid rooms on floors 1–3 at all costs • ❌ Do not rely on breakfast whatsoever But my honest and serious advice: Remove this hotel from your list entirely. It lacks security, lacks respect for guests, and the experience is nowhere near worth the money you pay. 🚫 Choose literally any other hotel.
