Ramee Guestline Deira

Great location & quality/price ratio Good check in experience with the helpful reception guys , but unfortunately very bad check-out with an arrogant and cocky supervisor called NITHIN ,I asked for a global bill he gives me one line printed paper with no ref or invoice number, just my name and total amount !!, when I tried to explain that this is not an invoice , he told me that they have only this and he told me to go !!

It's affordable and accessible to public transportation however, there are a lot of things that this hotel needs to improve on. No free WiFi, the room is not that clean especially the bathroom, room service takes a while, no other amenities available.

It is 2* hotel, which means you get 2*-everything, but rooms are really spacious with comparison to other hotels costing way more in this area and we have stayed a few times in Deira. The rooms were cleaned everyday, but usually halfway I.E. dustbins would still be dirty, dust etc. However we really did enjoy our stay at Ramee, the facility has a pub and a few nightclubs/restaurants. Most of the staff is terrible with English, but most clients where Arabic, Indian or Philippines due to the area. But they run good specials and at least you do not have to travel. You receive buffet breakfast each morning, you must just ask for your Wi-Fi at reception. The mini-bar in your room has drinks in, which is cheaper than drinking in the pubs/clubs in the hotel, the beer - was slightly more. If you are not too fussy about Language barriers and sparkling clean rooms, but need a budget place close to the Red Metro line and close to a huge variety of outside restaurants, then Ramee is your place.
