Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I especially appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very disappointing and misleading experience. This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but it does not meet even basic standards. I always stays in 3-4 star hotel because if my job and I know how it should be 4 star hotel . The room had a very old furniture, extremely worn-out mattresses . The worst part was the hygiene: there were cockroaches in the kitchen, which is completely unacceptable and old dirty fridge . The photos online do not reflect the real condition . They use some photoshop to enhance the color . This feels very misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
