Versailles Hotel

Booked a room earlier, asked for a quiet room on the upper floors. Got a room on the second floor that is above the karaoke club (there are only THREE on the first floor) that start work from 11 p.m. Silence, like sleep, can be forgotten. In the hallway of the room, instead of the wall - a door, to the next room (locked to the key), where the guests "were not having quiet conversations at all". Room available, there is a kettle, a fridge, a large bed with clean linen and a broken safe. The air conditioning did not work, blowing strong cold, which prevented not only sleeping, but even being in the room. After two failed attempts to remedy the situation, the air conditioning was turned off. Large shower with all "facilities" except the shower curtain (spatter all over the shower). A meagre breakfast with the cheapest instant coffee and slices of melted cheese is the "ultimate dream" of any tourist, as are chicken sausages. The small pool is practically falling apart, as are the deckchairs. Summary: can stay overnight, on the upper floors and without breakfast. The only upside is proximity to the subway (we close our eyes to what's going on outside). The hotel does not as not meet 4*, maximum 3... A small pool is practically falling apart, as are the sun loungers. Summary: you can stay overnight, on the upper floors and without breakfast. The only plus is the proximity to the metro (we close our eyes to what is happening on the street). The hotel does not correspond to 4*, maximum 3...

I traveled to Dubai and it was my 3rd stay in hotel. I arrived very late thank you duty manager Dhawal for giving best service, he is doing his work from bottom of his heart. Well done, and of course there’s couple of staff which hotel wouldn’t be a hotel, they are Insha, Jathagat, Nadeem, thank you guys to made my stay memorable.

Rooms were small but neat and tidy. CR is a bit old with muddy stained tile floors. Front desk staff were fast but housekeeping service is really very poor and very slow. As we had a party in one of their party halls, I was promised by the staff and GM that fresh fruits will be provided during check-in in our rooms. Unfortunately, no fruits received. Probably its not their standards. Good thing, flavours staff were very nice to us especially Sankeeta who made our stay pleasant. She's very helpful, assistive and always wearing her smile. Keep it up girl and goodluck.
