Very enjoyable stay at Radisson Blu Residence Dubai Marina. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff were always friendly and professional. A special thank you to Mamdouh who was my main point of contact throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to assist me and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Additionally, a special to Jona and the entire team. From the management staff to every employee I interacted with, the level of service, professionalism, kindness, and dedication was truly exceptional. Everyone consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests had the best possible experience and a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction is what makes this property stand out. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai for a long or short term.
