My stay at Luxe Avenue Hotel was good overall, especially because the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, there are some important areas that need improvement. Am stay for 30 days The room cleaning was very inconsistent. On some days, certain housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the room was very clean and well organized. On other days, unfortunately, the room was left in very poor condition after cleaning. The hotel should have better quality control to ensure the same standard of cleanliness every day. The breakfast buffet was by far the worst part of the experience. The quality was extremely disappointing. Many items did not seem fresh and often tasted like they had been left from the previous day. There was almost no variety, the fruits were not fresh, and the pastries were stale as well. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much better breakfast in terms of freshness, quality, and variety. Overall, the hotel has good potential and some very good staff members, but it seriously needs to improve the consistency of housekeeping and, most importantly, the quality and freshness of the breakfast buffet.
