Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Third time in three years and I notice a decline in the services. We no longer have access to the pools of the other hotels, which was a real plus. Paying so much and being kicked out of a pool is unacceptable. The food is still just as good, nothing to say about that Now for the same price, we can find equally good or even better options, which was not the case before. Too bad

Really lovely break with my middle son in a top class hotel. Staff were very attentive and friendly, food was great - especially in the fika Italian restaurant (tuna tartare) and Dhow & Anchor (Buffalo Wings) and Eton Mess (huge!). Prices for drinks in Happy Hour were less than London prices and all in all half board works out to be a good option, Hotel was starting to get busier - but we wanted a relaxing break and not having to get up early to fight for sunbeds, like the Med at the moment. Better value compared to Euro 5 star hotels at the moment, which i imagine will change when the war ends. Special shout out goes to Aqeel the head man of the beach beds and bar. Superb guy - he and his team looked after us. Great chat and super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for a 5 day or week break. Dubai is a different class

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The bedrooms were quiet, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast offered a great variety of options and was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The gym was truly exceptional – easily one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever used, with excellent facilities and equipment. Another great feature was the buggy service, which made it very convenient to travel between the different Jumeirah hotels and enjoy all the facilities on offer. Overall, an excellent stay with great amenities, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!
