Jumeirah Creekside Hotel

Great service at the Creekside. So many of the staff were helpful, polite & knowledgeable. Noel did superb room clean. Barry brought our in room service food order. A great well resourced gym with PTs. Breakfast was the usual buffet but with hot options available. It is in a great location being 1 stop from Dubai airport and the Emirates Academy. There were renovations on going but the noise was kept to a minimum as the floors were closed off. There was clear messaging about these renovations in the room. We were not disturbed. We slept well on a firm mattress. I loved the bathroom with separate shower, bath and toilet facilities. Nice toiletries too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was always spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I would especially like to thank Amitesh for the outstanding housekeeping service. He was always professional, attentive, and made sure my room was perfectly clean every day. I would also like to compliment the breakfast restaurant team. Every morning they welcomed guests with a smile, provided excellent service, and kept the dining area clean and well organized. Their kindness and attention to detail made every breakfast enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
