Terrible customer service. My sister booked 2 rooms, one for my family and one for hers. They checked-in 2pm and brought my ID with her for verification. Me and my family came late around 5:45pm. Room is ready. Once we arrived, the reception named "ALJUN" assist us. Obviously we don't have our key card since we arrived late. Asked him how we can go to our room since we cannot contact my sister, He keeps on asking a lot of questions even though I already presented my ID. He didn't even bother to contact the room of my sister to inform them that we are already in the Lobby and take note that I am with my daughter who is 4 y/o and a People of Determination card holder who is very agitated because of the weather outside and already missed her medicine. According to Aljur that he cannot contact my sister using in-house phone. I don't know if it is against the hotel policy or what. All i can say is very poor and terrible customer service. Definitely not coming back.

I had a spa and it was so uncomfortable that the therapist doesnt look so therapist at all - not even wearing a uniform, very hard to communicate too in english and the worst experience of all even touching the private part (breast). Is this even normal?! The management should look and do something about it.

I'm so appreciate 1 ningt stay so Happy big Room very clean big TV so thank you so much from Reception given me amazing floor nice view inshaallah I'm coming again all staff friendly
