Avenue Hotel

I have been staying at Avenue Hotel Dubai for the past three years, in Room 407, and I can honestly say it has become my home away from home. What makes this hotel truly special is its amazing team. Every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank the General Manager, Jui, and the wonderful reception team: Calvin, Abdul Razak, Tharuka, Elmer, Ahmed, Harka, Babu, Sujith, Nanda, and Santosh. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality have made every day of my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Also security team, Mr. Ibrahim, Shaker, Sohail, Maryam, Anthony they are professional in their job. The hotel also offers excellent facilities. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, free parking for hotel guests, and a very good restaurant in the lobby that serves a delicious breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. I also enjoy visiting Manhattan Restaurant and Club Manila 21, both of which add to the great atmosphere of the hotel. The location is another advantage, being close to Al Rigga and convenient for everything you need in Dubai. After living here for three years, I can confidently recommend Avenue Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for a short stay or a long-term stay. The outstanding service, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and welcoming atmosphere make this hotel feel more like a family than just a place to stay. My wife, children, and I stayed at Avenue Hotel Al Rigga on the second day of Eid, and we had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team, who were friendly, professional, and made us feel at home right away. We stayed for one night, and our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor rooftop swimming pool. My children absolutely loved it and spent a great time swimming and enjoying themselves. It was the perfect place for the family to relax and create happy memories together. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The restaurant staff were attentive, welcoming, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Calvin and the entire team, especially Abdul Razak and Tharuka, for their exceptional hospitality and excellent service. We would also like to thank Nigil, Lilibeth, and Rahul in the restaurant for taking such good care of us during breakfast. Thank you to everyone at Avenue Hotel Al Rigga for making our Eid family stay so enjoyable and memorable. A jewel in a lively area of Al Rigga Deira in Dubai where smiles welcome you and an excellent service provided to meet all your needs anytime. I stayed for more than 2 months at this wonderful hotel where I saw how dedication can be a driver to go again and again to the same hotel. The rooms were excellent and the room service staff were so helpful and professional; the floors were clean and smells good which I believe is very important. The rooms are filled with all amenities you need. The location was incredible as it has all the places that you might need for shopping and eating and the Deira city center is close by and in other words you will not have any issue buying things. My thanks go to everyone I met there who made my stay an enjoyable one.
