Staff was very rude, receptionist and one guy. Please do not go to the hotel ever. My cousin booked the hotel from for 20 days, I went to meet him they did not allow me to go to meet him in the room saying that we do not have the policy to allow the visitors to go to meet the hotel guest in the room , we can allow only for 05 minutes if you insist. What kind of policy they are following?

This hotel is good for those who are on a limited budget but, should not expect more. In terms of location, it's 15-20 minutes walk from al rigga metro station and close to the busy and lively streets of al rigga and muraqqabat that offers many interesting things to do and to plan. The two female staff from the Philippines in the reception are helpful, friendly, and good customer service. If I may suggest, the hotel needs to focus more on looking, seeing, and smelling clean in all areas of the hotel that way, it will continue to attract guests and great reviews.

customer service was terrible .i came to the reception but Mr. Amer was not so warm in his customer service , he was quick to turn me off so i requested him to cancel my booking , i was to provide everything he wanted but i had to settle down first but he complicated everything for me
