Capitol Dubai

My experience at Capitol Hotel Dubai was unfortunately not satisfactory. The presence of nightclubs created significant noise and made restful sleep difficult, something that was not clearly mentioned during booking or check-in. The overall atmosphere felt below expectations, and staff response to concerns was not particularly helpful. In my opinion, the hotel does not provide the comfort and quality a traveler would reasonably expect, and there are better accommodation options in Dubai

Pillows were not comfortable, there was only one small window for natural light, no charging point is provided in the whole room and extension is provided for charging thing, only local channel works no smart tv, bathrooms are old fashioned, no fragrance in room, blanket provided has hooka smell. Hotel floors were badly stink with Hookkaa.

Every day I was checking my pocket, because hotel was not responsible for that and before departure from hotel I found that from my pocket miss 700$ , In the morning when I wake up, I was checking again and found this big problem. I don’t know how they will solve those promblem
