Delmon Palace

Its actually my second time in this hotel. What convinced me to booked again is that my 1st time was kinda okay, the room was spacious and big, and its a smoking room which is a bunos for me. I was at the 5th floor and its quite. I enjoyed my 1 week stayed actually. Unfortunately during my 2nd time its the opposite. I am staying in the 1st floor where I can hear the loud noise from the club at the ground floor, its really annoying that I cant sleep. It vibrates inside my room. Aside from that the shower is not working well, yeah theres hot and cold which is good, but still need to fix it. The towel is just one piece, you need to call the reception for an additional. The television channels are limited mostly Arabic and Indian channels. If youre planning to book in this hotel, please think about it, read the reviews to not waste your money and time.

I had to rate it as one start because there is no lower than that. imagine if you walk into your room and you found 40-50 cockroaches on your bed. It looked like normal to the staff. Half of the rooms are occupied by unlicensed prostitutes pretending to be guests. The club on ground floor is a place for young prostitutes. Some feedbacks tell you about value for money, I would say the trauma after that is very costly. I left an honest feedback on Booking.com and 6 months later they banned me from entering the Hotel. Why did I walk back there was because that evening most hotels in Dubai were booked and this one was one of the only options.

Cannot open the room. They said key card is not working. Needs to ask reception to open when you leave and comeback. They will keep and take your Emirates ID and you can only get it when you checkout. In other hotels they will only scan and copy your Emirates ID. There is no towels ready in the room you need to call the reception to get it. And they know we are two persons they only gave one towel! There is no phone in the room you need to go to the hallway to call the reception which is ridiculous. And there is no endorsement when we come back to reception they said we want to check in? We need to get the key because it is not working. Bath tub is for kids only! There is no floor-mat or floor towel in the bathroom. The water will be everywhere when you take shower and slippery. The reception guy named ALI is very rude. Did not even let my brother, who even booked for us and he paid with his card, go up for a minute to assist me. While you can see people just come and go from the hotel entrance not knowing who are visitors! And his a LIAR he said the key is not working that we need to ask reception to open the door! But when we came back to hotel another reception just gave another key card! And the other guy just next to him let my brother wait for a long time just to give a not working key card. You can even hear him just watching a video in his mobile! And since its summer and very hot outside the AC is not working properly! Stay away from this rotten hotel hotel with rude staffs!
