FEEDBACK DOLPHIN HOTEL APARTMENTS DUBAI - Thank you Dolhin Hotel APARTMENTS Dubai for making our Senior Citizens Couples Group trip very comfortable and enjoyable with 6 days at your Hotel from 27 Feb to 4 Mar 25 .. Studio Rooms were good and had nice view. Rooms were very well equipped with all daily essentials that one needs at home like Fridge, Micro wave, Electric kettle, mini kitchenette etc .The staff was efficient and they did their best to make us comfortable including the House keeping Staff. The Meena Bazar location of the Hotel is good with lot of Restaurants and shopping around. Breakfast was well laid out with a tasty menu. Word of appreciation for Ms Samitha Lobo the Reservation Manager who checked in my Group very efficiently and ensured our comfort . She is very pleasant and helpful .Word of praise also for Mr Shahrukh at the Reception and the cheerful Mr Gracian the Bell Boy/ Helper . Well done Dolphin Hotel Apartments Dubai. In the heart of Meena Bazar. great friendly staff. open 24 hours and good value. Everything is nearby. A bit noisy, but you get to feel the real Dubai. Highly recommended. Would recommend it to those who like the hassle and busslel Room service available.

Its a 2 star hotel with good staff and kitchen facilities. We booked 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are dirty and smelly. Many equipments are broken such as fridge, shower. The breakfast is very limited with just 4-5 options. The whole ambience look very outdated and need refurbishment. The swimming pool is always out of order. The good points are reception and clock room staff are very good. Samita and Jagdish are very helpful. Overall most of the staff is always ready to help the customers. But the management really need to improve the condition of the rooms and the breakfast. The main advantage of this hotel/apartments is it has kitchen facilities which is useful if you want to prepare your own food. The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearyby which is open 24 hours. The metro station is just 5 min walk.
