Emirates Grand

I had a very disappointing experience at Emirates Grand Hotel. The room was not clean, and the furniture felt old and poorly maintained. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very helpful when we had issues. The overall atmosphere did not match the expectations shown online. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I booked a room for 3 nights. I informed them we will be checking in late as our flight was at 11.30pm. We arrived before midnight and we're told the room was not ready! We had to wait for an hour for them to clean it. We checked out early morning without showering and breakfast.. It is is suppose to be a 4*. Rooms look nothing like the picture advertised. The hotel is completely run down filthy and sewers smell coming out from the drain. Even the pillow smelt of BO. I had to put my clothes on it to sleep. Only stayed there as we had no choice as it was midnight and I could book online for that night. Look at the pictures and tell me if it's even a 1*

The worst experience ever, even no towels, i was begging them for a towel to have a shower, I booked 5 nights but I checked out after 1 night as it was horrible...
