With a choice of so many companies out there, nothing would have compensated for a missed opportunity to have a perfect time. I am happy to say that Rayna Tours gave me the best on all fronts ... the Travel Consultant Jayesh Maheshwari was very helpful, kept me updated for tours. I booked many tours with this company and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and cordiality. All guides as well as drivers were well dressed, warm and friendly. We took the Full day City Tour - Well organised, we were picked up at my hotel and taken to a meeting point where we joined others on a bus. Our Tour Guide was Aziz He was knowledgeable, funny and patient in answering everyone's questions. Stopped for photos at the beach near the Burj Al Arab, went to Zabe'eel Palace, the museum and the spice and gold souk. I really wanted to do this, but am not a fan of flying or heights - so i knew this would be a personal challenge! Anyway, it was fabulous and i think may have even eased my fear of flying. The trip itself was about 25 minutes, but in that time you cover a fair distance and get to see things like the new World Islands that are being built as well as all the usual skyline and Palm views. Pilot was great and the overall service at the helipad (safety briefings etc) was real thorough. Not a cheap thing to do, but well worth it if you can .... Desert Dune Safari - This for me has to be the highlight of the trip and i recommend to anyone visiting Dubai. We were picked up by A Sajid who was very considerate ( I suffer from motion sickness) and amiable. After picking up other guests, we made our way to the desert, he happily answered our many questions and told us about camel racing. Once we entered the conservation reserve, we were told about the animals to expect, stopped for photos with camels and a Falcon show. I then made our way to the 'bundu bashing' as we call it in South Africa. I loved every minute of it, excellent driver!!! Stopped to watch the sunset before we made our way to the camp area. Food was plentiful and delicious, lots of activities to do. After supper and a belly dancing show, the lights were turned off for star gazing. Thereafter we headed back to the hotel. All in all, Rayna Tours made my trip more memorable. I highly recommend this company.

The swimming pool was under construction which was extremely disappointing. we booked this hotel in June and there was no mention of the fact of the pool was under construction on their website. Had this information been made available at the time of the booking, we would have booked a different hotel. We paid alot of money and feel that the facilities did not live up to the price.

Stayed here for nearly a month with work , work booked this hotel . The room I stayed in was not that clean . The bed sheets looked like there had not being changed from previous guest .The bathroom was not that clean with stains on ceiling around bath and sink . The cooker had rusty hot plates the room was never cleaned very well all,of the time I was there .The so called free wifi was a complete joke worked if you were lucky . The rooms on there website most be somewhere else not here .
