JA Palm Tree Court

This was our fifth stay at JA Palm Tree Court, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. Year after year, the entire team goes above and beyond to make our holiday a truly unforgettable highlight. A very special thank you goes to Stephanie from Guest Relations. She is always incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and well looked after. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality make a real difference. We would also like to recognize the wonderful teams at the White Orchid Lounge and the White Orchid Restaurant. The service was consistently outstanding, and everyone made us feel valued throughout our stay. Another special mention goes to Aashish from Nepal at Captain's Restaurant & Bar. We had lunch there every single day during our stay, and it was simply fantastic. The food was consistently delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and Aashish took exceptional care of us every day with his friendly attitude and attentive service. Thank you to everyone at JA Palm Tree Court for another amazing holiday. We are already looking forward to coming back for our sixth visit!

We’ve just arrived at Palm Tree Court and had a wonderful first impression. Sam at the reception gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly kind and helpful. We also had dinner at White Orchid, and the food was delicious – compliments to the chef! A special thank you as well to Ansh for his attentive and friendly service. A great start to our stay!
