Worst staff. Zero star. Low standard Hotel. I book throw Online. I went for checkin The receptionist was worst person He don’t know how to speak. There was room available He told me contact the Agoda I don’t have room for Agoda I want to sell walk-in high price Like seriously There is no management Zero star low standard

Hotel is opposite of Al Ghurair Mall , in a side street , 3 Minutes walk from Union Metro station . Rooms furniture are outdated . Rooms windows are NOT sound proofed , try to choose upper floors rooms

It is not a bad hotel. Location is nice. Easy access to Metro. Breakfast was not too nice. Room was always cleaned. Internet was not strong. The receptionist were nice and friendly. A good hotel for the budget
