Jormand Suites, Dubai

Fully equipped suite affordable, spacious , neat and clean. Although not very accessible and malls were not very near, it was having an environment quiet and simple for a comfortable stay worth value of money.Staffs were friendly and service was fast. Food was tasty.Parking facilities were good.

Stayed here for 2 nights , as I booked on line and was on a tight Budget and its seems to tick all my boxes, It was my 1st time in Dubai and having been a few times now, I would advise against staying here. OK good point, I booked on line and it promised free Wi FI which seemed to be OK. That's it, The room i was in, absolute stank to of cigarette smoke and there was lots of cigarette burns on the rugs and coffee table, !! But the stale cigarette smoke, which is a major Grip of mine as I don't smoke and found it really off putting, I was given a massive room, with separate lounge , kitchen and bedroom, ideal if you staying for a week with a friend or girlfriend, but way over the top for me.. The TV did not work but was replaced when asked and I could not get the hot water to work either, WHY don't they have a big sign saying HOT WATER ON / OFF BUT the location is awful unless you have your own transport. Long walks from any where 1/2 decent to eat and any sign of night life, I was Spent most of the time in my smoky room I also don't like the fact that they also add on local taxes and other costs to the hotel bill when you leave GRRRRRRRRRRRRR WOULD I STAY AGAIN !!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DONE

I Stayed here with my two teenage children. My travel agent had booked me in and I had trusted them to put us somewhere nice. It was dirty the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower. The worst was one of the porters thought he could put his hand down my 13 year old daughters top on her way to the pool, he denied it , I was alone, they had my passport, I was upset but I could do nothing about it. I had organised for us to go on a dessert tour through the Hotel I just wanted to get out of the hotel and then we were kept waiting for over an hour by the tour guide who then ripped me off at the end of the tour. I was also charged some other charge by the Hotel when I checked in.
