Called to ask if there's parking available for guests in the hotel, the Indian guy answered I haven't finished talking he just cut me off. Absolutely impolite, no wonder it's a 3 star. Staff should learn some manners, you work in hospitality not the fish market. You don't know how to deal with potential guests. Never gonna book here. No parking in any landmark hotel, if you search the net it would say they have, NO THEY DON'T!

We stayed at the hotel for long almost one month.. how was your day was so amazing but every day whenever we were visiting to the pool, there was one guy, his name, Mr. Satish gym and pool receptionisthe was so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional whenever we were visiting there, his behavior was so rude and he was always using his mobile phone. One day I asked for Sona. He said Sona is not included in hotel who’s staying in the hotel is not included. You have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room. Which kind of concept is it. The pool was dirty and the gym equipment that was dirty. He never clean anything. He was just using phon. see something like that unprofessional. Cigarettes whenever I was visiting to the gym I found him. I phoned him in the phone whenever I asked for something his behavior super rude and he said I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know. It’s mean he doesn’t have any knowledge. About hotel industry.

Very poor experience. The lifeguard's Satesh the guy behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy, but instead I felt disrespected and ignored. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and seriously affected my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless management improves staff behavior and guest relations.
